2. Shipping Fees

Exact shipping fees are always displayed at checkout before payment, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012.
3. Processing Time
3.1 Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3.2 Every product is checked and packed by our team in Kuala Lumpur. During launch periods or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days — we will note this on the Website when it applies.
4. Couriers & Tracking
4.1 Shipping is arranged through EasyParcel with established Malaysian courier partners including J&T Express, Pos Laju, and Ninja Van.
4.2 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number (AWB). Delivery status updates are also reflected in your order record.
4.3 If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
5. Packaging
Our serums and oils are bottled in glass. Every order is packed with protective wrapping to prevent breakage in transit. If anything still arrives damaged, our Cancellation & Refund Policy covers you — free replacement or full refund.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Incorrect address: Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. Parcels returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be redelivered (redelivery fee applies) or refunded minus original shipping.
6.2 Failed delivery attempts: Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. After failed attempts, the parcel may be held at a collection point or returned to us.
6.3 Lost parcels: If tracking confirms a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
6.4 Parcel marked delivered but not received: Contact us within 3 days. We will open an investigation with the courier. Please check with household members and your guardhouse/management office first.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery estimates may be affected by festive season volume (e.g. Hari Raya, CNY, 11.11/12.12 periods), weather events, floods, or courier operational issues. We will always assist in tracing delayed parcels, but we are not liable for courier delays once a parcel has been dispatched on time.
